All of the RIES products are warranted for life to the original purchaser. If for some reason you have a problem, please contact us at (206) 842-9558. We will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise with your equipment.

Parts are available if you obtain a used tripod. Please contact us for information. A picture is extremely useful to identify the model and vintage of the tripod. Please pictures and let us know which parts you need.

They are the greatest tripod I have ever used. I own three of them and use one every time I go out to make a photograph. I have sent each of them back for repairs and the lifetime warrantee is tremendous. You have repaired, remade, and kept all three tripods in GREAT working order. They are the best tripod ever made in my opinion, and are the easiest to use!
